This summer I am travelling to Dublin, Accra, London, Paris, New York Kingston and Detroit in search of stories about health, healing and wholeness through practices such as yoga and meditation.

I’m excited to hear how people use embodied practices, mindfulness and nutrition to create wellness and wholeness in their lives and the lives of others. Of course, I will share videos and audio here!
